Nearcon 2026

To bring the first US-based NEARCON to life, IRL transformed Fort Mason’s massive Gateway Pavilion in San Francisco into a dynamic, design-forward environment for a multi-day gathering of over 800 builders, developers, and industry leaders. The experience balanced meaningful content with intentional moments for connection, creating a cohesive flow between main stage programming, breakout zone, and informal networking.

The space was thoughtfully designed to feel both elevated and functional, with a distinct visual identity carried across stage design, environmental graphics, and attendee touchpoints. IRL handled every detail to deliver a seamless, high-energy experience that reflected the momentum and ambition of the NEAR ecosystem.
